Animal Print - Day 11 - April 30 Day Nail Art Challenge

Hello there!! Its Day 11 of April 30 Day Nail Art Challenge and today's theme is Animal Print. I did tiger print nails and I loved them.

I used..

Firstly, Apply a base coat and two coats of white nail paint and let them dry completely.

 Add some random blots of orange nail paint.

 Using a black acrylic paint and a nail art brush, create stripes(Some small, some curvy and some eye shaped). Finally apply a top coat and done :)!!

Yellow - Day 3 - April 30 Day Nail Art Challenge

Hello there!! It is Day 3 of April 30 day nail challenge and the theme for today is Yellow. You can check the themes of this challenge in the picture at the end of this post. This is a very short post as I am so sleepy right now..zzzz...So please forgive me for the typos ;)! I did this leopard print on yellow nails. Hope you like it :)!!

I Used..

Apply a base coat and two coats of yellow nail paint and let it dry.

Use brown nail paint to create some random dots or blots as shown. 

Using black nail art pen create some brackets around the blots. Fill in the remaining area with some random black dots. If you do not have a nail art pen, you can use a tooth pick and black nail paint. Finally apply a top coat and done :)!!! MSMD Monarch Butterfly Nail Art

Hello there!! Hope you had a fun filled long weekend :)! I am a day late for the MSMD mondays (Monkey See Monkey Do). Every monday we will be recreating nail arts by some of our favorite nail artists as a tribute to them. So, here is my first MSMD mani. I have recreated this very cute Monarch Butterfly Nail art by Cutepolish. I started my nail art journey by watching her videos. She is one of my inspirations. Pink leopard Nail art

Here is a pink leopard nail art design.  You can do the design without french tip, but I like it this way :) .

Nail polishes used

Let's begin!!!

1. Apply a base coat and two coats of pink nail polish.

2. Using scotch tape as guide, create french tips on each of your nail with black nail polish.( Check this link for detailed tutorial of creating french tip using scotch tape .http://lovefornailart.blogspot.com/2012/10/french-tipped-orange-nails-nail.html )

3. Now add some white dots randomly.

4. Using a toothpick and black nail paint create some brackets around the white dots. Also add some black dots randomly to finish the look.

5. Finally add a top coat and you are done:)!!! Don't forget to leave your comments:)!!

Zebra Nails

                                       Ever since I started doing nail art, I really wanted to do animal print series. Here goes my first design, a cute zebra nail art. I used acrylic paint for the first time. It is very easy to work with.

Nail polishes used

Let's begin!!!

1. Apply a base coat and two coats of white nail polish and let it dry completely.

2. Now take little bit of black acrylic paint onto a palette. 

3. Using a nail art brush, dipped in black acrylic paint, create horizontal stripes as shown.

4. Finally apply a top coat and you are done:)!!!!!
