Red hot gradient nails and stamping

Hello Girlies!!! Here I am with this red hot gradient nails. I simply love red. I used red and dark brown for the gradient. I wore it for two days and still couldn't get enough of it. So, I grabbed my konad m60 image plate and stamped on my favorite design and am still wearing these nails....yayyy....

I used..

Apply a base coat and one coat of your red nail paint and let it dry completely.
Now apply red and dark brown nail polish onto a make up sponge as shown.
Sponge it onto your nail. Clean the region around your nail with a cotton bud, dipper in nail polish remover.
Apply a top coat and enjoy the gradient :)

As I told, after two days of wearing these gradient nails, I thought of stamping something on to them. For that I used...
konad m60

Hope you enjoyed these :)!! Don't forget to join me for more updates :)!!!

Valentine's day skittles nail art

Hello there!! Happy Valentine's day <3 <3!!! Here I am with yet another and my last valentine's day nail design of this year :). This is a skittles nail art that I created as an entry to "skittles nail art contest" at http://www.sincerelystephanienails.com . Hope you like it <3 !!

Nail polishes used

I started by painting all my nails with white nail paint.  Starting with the thumb, using a striper brush and pink nail polish create the design as shown in the picture.

Then the hearts <3 <3...

For fore finger and pinky finger, I did  white to pink gradient using a makeup sponge...

For fore finger, I did a love letter design. For this, cut out a small square of newspaper, wet it in water or spirit and press down it firmly onto the nail...

Add a red heart, outline with white nail polish using tooth pick and add wings..
For pinky finger add some red hearts randomly.
Then for middle finger, apply some pink nail polish to the tip of the nail and then a coat of red graffiti nail paint.

For the ring finger, sponge pink nail polish onto the nail using makeup sponge, create a white branch(using tooth pick) and at the ends add red hearts.

Finally apply top coat to all the nails and you are done :)!!! Some more pics... and don't forget to leave your comments <3!!!!

Peacock Inspired nails

Hello there!!! This is my entry for my first ever nail art contest. I came across this very interesting contest at kelsiesnailfiles.com. I have a very little time as the contest closes in 5 hours. I have to choose an inspirational picture from the set of pictures on Kelsie's nail inspiration pinterest board and create a nail art inspired by the same.  Hmm..its mid night here..but I really want to enter this amazing contest. So I chose this lovely picture as my inspiration from Kelsie's nail inspiration pinterest board.

I did not want to draw the feathers. I wanted to make it easy but use all the colors. I used sponging technique to use all the colors of the peacock feathers in the above picture and here is the outcome.
