I came across this design while searching google images for nail art. I don't know the original nail artist's name. Here is the recreation of the same....

Nail polishes used

Kone helsinki neon, wild and mild

Let's begin!!!!

1. Apply a base coat.

2. Apply two coats of blue nail polish.

3. Add a diagonal white tip. You can use scotch tape for this. Put the tape diagonally across each nail and fill in the tip with two coats of white polish.

4 Now using the toothpick, create white dots in the blue area and blue dots in the white area.

5. Finally apply a topcoat and you are done!!!!
